To ensure client satisfaction, we provide a demo website for our clients to evaluate the quality of our work. This allows you to make an informed decision before proceeding with any payments. If you have any questions or concerns prior to making a payment, feel free to contact us.

Refund Eligibility

Each project at Reliant Infotech is handled with utmost care and professionalism. While we strive to meet every client's expectations and deliver projects on time, we understand that changes in plans or dissatisfaction can arise.

Advance Payment Policy

To initiate a project, we require a 50% advance payment. If the client decides to cancel the project after 15 days, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we'll inform you of its status and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Reliant Infotech reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review the policy periodically. Any changes to the policy will apply to both new and existing clients.
